Reporting

Look back at completed days to compare expected numbers with what was actually collected.

Updated over 3 months ago

The Reporting section appears in every location panel on your Dashboard. Once a day is complete, you can use it to review how your catering numbers compared to expectations.

Accessing Reports

  • Open the location panel on the Dashboard.

  • Use the dropdown in the top right corner to select a past day.

  • Reports are only available once a day has finished.

What a Report Shows

Each report gives you four key figures:

  • Total Scheduled; this is the number of crew members given access to the site, including additional unexpected crew members who have been added whilst a site is live

  • Total Expected; this is the total number of crew members scheduled in before the site went live (particularly useful for tracking numbers passed on to catering teams)

  • Total Collected; this is the number of passes scanned (or quickly picked up!)

  • Difference; the difference between Total Collected and Total Expected. If below the number expected it will display in green, if above the number expected it will display in red.

Useful to Know

  • Reports match the totals shown in the Numbers section during the day, but will only generate once a day is over

  • If you need more detail (like who collected and when), open the Schedule view for that day.

  • The total scheduled number will always match the 'Total' number displayed in the Day View, a useful tool if you need to alter some numbers once a day is complete

  • ⚠️ Deleting a location will also delete all of its reporting permanently.

And that’s Reporting — a simple way to see how your predictions compare to reality and spot any trends in your catering numbers.
