ReelCount is a simple, secure platform designed to help film and television productions manage catering numbers with ease. Instead of paper lists or guesswork, ReelCount gives your team real-time insights into who has collected their meals, where, and when.
How It Works
- Crew Passes – Every crew member gets a unique digital pass they can save to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and use throughout a shoot.
- Scanning on Site – At catering locations, crew scan their pass on an iPad running the ReelCount Scanner app.
- Scheduling – You plan meal sessions — who's expected, at which site, between which times — so counts are always accurate.
- The Dashboard – Production teams see live numbers as meals are collected: scheduled vs collected per session, with a live feed of every scan.
- Exports – For any shooting day, export a clean Excel back page of scheduled crew, ready for call times.
