Deleting Your Account

Learn how to permanently delete your ReelCount account. This action is restricted to account owners and will remove all data, schedules, reports, and passes.

Who Can Delete an Account?

Only the Owner of the account has the ability to delete it. Editors and Viewers do not have this permission.


How to Delete Your Account

  1. Go to Account Settings.

  2. Scroll down and click the Delete Account button (shown in red).

  3. A warning will appear asking you to confirm.

  4. Once confirmed, your account will be permanently deleted.


⚠️ Important Warning

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. This will:

  • Remove all data from your account.

  • Permanently delete schedules and reports.

  • Remove all passes stored on crew members’ phones.


Subscription and Billing

If you delete your account before your subscription period ends, you will still be charged for the full term as per your agreement.

Your data will be deleted in line with our Privacy Notice once the subscription has fully ended.


Things to Remember

  • Only Owners can delete accounts.

  • Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.

  • Billing continues until the end of the subscription period.
