At the top of every page in ReelCount you'll see the notification bell. This is where you'll receive session start and end reminders, so you always know when meal service is about to kick off or wrap up.
A badge on the bell shows how many notifications are new since you last looked (it caps at "10+").
What Notifications Show
For every session, you'll get a reminder when it is:
- Starting in 1 hour
- Starting in 10 minutes
- Starting now
- Ending in 10 minutes
- Ended
You'll also get a Times updated notification if someone changes a session's start or end times — handy for keeping the whole team on the same page when the schedule shifts.
Each notification shows the session's name, when it happened, and coloured tags for the locations it's running at. Hover over a notification and click the × to dismiss it. If there's nothing to show, you'll see "No session reminders".

- Confirm when scanners will be accepting passes
