Data Deletion on Account Closure

What happens to your data if your ReelCount account is deleted.

Only the Owner of an account can permanently delete it. This is done from Account Settings, using the red Delete Account button.


What Gets Deleted

When an account is deleted:

  • All crew records are removed.

  • All schedules and reports are deleted.

  • All passes are invalidated and disappear from crew members’ phones.

  • All location data is removed.

⚠️ Warning: Deletion is permanent. Once done, no data can be recovered.


Timing of Deletion

  • If you close your account before your subscription ends, billing continues until the agreed end date.

  • Data is deleted in line with our privacy notice once the subscription expires.

  • There is no option to restore data after deletion.
