The ReelCount Scanner app is used at catering sites to scan crew passes. It works best on iPads set up as check-in terminals, though it can also run on iPhones if needed.
Downloading the App
- Open the App Store on your iPad or iPhone.
- Search for ReelCount Scanner.
- Or download directly using this link: ReelCount Scanner on the App Store.
- Tap Get to install.
First Time Use
- Open the app once installation is complete.
- You'll be asked to enter a six-digit location code on the "Enter your location's code" screen, then tap Log In (see Connecting the App to a Location for details).
- Once connected, the app shows your location with the background image you set in Setup → Locations. When a meal session is running, you'll see the Tap to start screen; outside session hours it shows Currently Offline — that's normal, and it will come alive when your next session begins.
