Every crew member in your database has a ReelCount pass. These passes can be shared, saved to phones, and used throughout the shoot — but they are tied directly to the crew record in your database.
When a Crew Member Is Deleted
If you delete a crew member from the Crew page, their pass is deleted too.
All copies of that pass, including those saved in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, stop working immediately.
The pass cannot be reactivated.
What This Means on Site
The crew member can no longer collect meals at any location.
Their name is removed from future scheduled days.
Past reports will still show their activity, but marked as a deleted crew member.

Key Points
Deleting a crew member deletes their pass everywhere at once.
Passes cannot be restored once deleted.
Use delete carefully — if a crew member just needs a replacement pass, use Resend Pass instead.
That’s what happens when a pass is deleted — instant removal across the system, keeping access secure and up to date.
