What Happens When a Pass Is Deleted

What deleting a crew member’s pass means in ReelCount.

Updated this week

Every crew member in your database has a ReelCount pass. These passes can be shared, saved to phones, and used throughout the shoot — but they are tied directly to the crew record in your database.

When a Crew Member Is Deleted

  • If you delete a crew member from the Crew page, their pass is deleted too.

  • All copies of that pass, including those saved in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, stop working immediately.

  • The pass cannot be reactivated.

What This Means on Site

  • The crew member can no longer collect meals at any location.

  • Their name is removed from future scheduled days.

  • Past reports will still show their activity, but marked as a deleted crew member.

Key Points

  • Deleting a crew member deletes their pass everywhere at once.

  • Passes cannot be restored once deleted.

  • Use delete carefully — if a crew member just needs a replacement pass, use Resend Pass instead.

That’s what happens when a pass is deleted — instant removal across the system, keeping access secure and up to date.
