Billing for your production lives under Account, not Settings. Settings is only your personal profile and password.
Opening Billing
- Click your profile picture in the top right.
- Choose Account.
- Open the Billing tab.
Only the Owner can change the plan or open the billing portal. Other roles can see Account, but billing actions stay with the Owner.
What You'll See
At the top, Current plan shows the plan name and, for a trial, how long is left.
- During a trial, Choose a plan starts checkout. You can pay by card or request invoice billing (NET 30).
- On a self-serve paid plan, Open billing portal opens the Stripe billing portal. There you can update the payment method, change plan, add-ons, or cancel. Cancelled plans keep access until the end of the current period.
- Custom or manually billed productions don't use the portal. Contact support if you need to change capacity or billing.
Below that you'll find Usage (how this production is using plan capacity, including Crew & VIP Passes) and a list of invoices when any exist.
Upgrading from a Trial
- Go to Account → Billing.
- Click Choose a plan.
- Pick a plan and any add-ons, then pay by card or request an invoice.
If the trial ends without an upgrade, the production becomes inactive until the Owner chooses a plan.
Cancelling a Self-Serve Plan
- Go to Account → Billing.
- Click Open billing portal.
- Cancel the subscription there.
Charging stops at the end of the current period. To delete the production itself after that, see Deleting Your Account.
