ReelCount can create a ready-to-use Back Page for any shooting day, giving you a clean list of scheduled crew that you can then add call times to in Excel.
Exporting Your Back Page
You export from a day's Day Overview:
- Head to Schedule and click the day you want to export.
- In the top bar, click the Export to Excel icon on the right-hand side.
- In the pop-up, choose which sessions to include, and rename the file if you like — it defaults to
YourProductionName_BackPage_<date>. - Click Export — ReelCount will generate an Excel (.xlsx) file with your scheduled crew.
Choosing What Goes In
Two options control the layout:
- Combined backpage — everyone from the selected sessions together in a single "Backpage" sheet. This is the classic back page.
- One sheet per session — each selected session gets its own sheet in the workbook (available when you've selected more than one session).
You can tick both to get the combined list plus per-session breakdowns in one file.
Want a list for just one site or meal? Deselect the sessions you don't need before exporting — handy for catering teams needing session-specific lists, or productions with split units.
What Happens Next?
Your Back Page downloads as an Excel (.xlsx) file, ready for you to:
- Add call times
- Highlight last-minute changes
- Share with your crew
It's a simple, clean export that mirrors the unit and department structure you've already set up in your Crew database — including any custom ordering.
