If someone is not scheduled for the current day, can they still collect on behalf of someone else?

Yes — even if a crew member isn’t scheduled for that day, they can still collect for others using the Multiple Collect option in the Scanner app.


How It Works

  • The collector must first scan their own pass.

  • This identifies who is collecting, even if they aren’t scheduled.

  • They can then scan the passes of scheduled crew members.

  • The app will confirm how many meals are approved.

  • The admin portal records who collected on behalf of others.

  • Only scheduled crew will have their meals approved.


That’s how collections work when someone is picking up for others but isn’t scheduled themselves.
