Every crew member in your database has a ReelCount pass. It’s their digital ticket to collect meals — and it works throughout the shoot as long as they’re scheduled for that day.
Automatic Pass Sending
ReelCount can automatically email passes as soon as new crew are added.
This is controlled by the Autosend toggle in Setup → Passes and Settings.
When Autosend is on, passes are emailed straight away to the address you entered.
When Autosend is off, you’ll need to send passes manually.

Sometimes a crew member may need someone else to collect for them.
Use the Share Pass button in Passes and Settings.
Enter the email address of the person who will be collecting.
They’ll receive a copy of the pass labelled with the original crew member’s name.
⚠️ Note: Sharing a pass doesn’t change the main email address. It just sends a duplicate.
How Passes Work

Passes can be saved to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
If someone deletes their pass, they can re-download it from the original email.
If a crew member is deleted, all copies of their pass are revoked immediately.
