Updating the Project Name

  • Select Settings from the dropdown.

  • Update the Project Name field.

  • Click Save.

What Happens When You Change the Name

  • As soon as you save, the new name appears everywhere in the portal.

  • Crew passes refresh automatically with the updated project name.

  • Crew don’t need to download a new pass — their existing one will update in place.

⚠️ Warning: Changing the project name updates it for everyone straight away. If you’re switching names for confidentiality, let your crew know before you make the change.
