Meet Fin — Your 24/7 Support Assistant

You’ll find Fin, our friendly AI chatbot, by clicking the ReelCount icon in the bottom-right corner of the Settings page.

Fin has access to ReelCount’s full knowledge base — including everything from scheduling crew to managing locations — and can answer most questions instantly.

Whether you’re troubleshooting, learning a new feature, or just need a quick reminder of where to find something, Fin is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

When Fin Calls for Backup

Fin can also hand things over to one of our human agents if your query needs a personal touch.

You don’t need to leave the chat — Fin will connect you directly to a team member when available.
